Last Minute Trip to Oxford

Since we did not want to spend the weekend with Gustav in Destin, we took a last minute day trip to Oxford. This was Breck's first trip to The Grove and his first real trip on Daddy's plane. Although we had more than a couple problems with the borrowed car (aka Big Nasty) - think wasp nests, dead batteries, jumper cables, and lock smiths - it was a really fun trip. Happy 40th Anniversary!!

As of this weekend, Pam and Larry have been married 40 years!! We celebrated with a dinner party at our house on Saturday night.

I could get used to this

Beautiful Diving (with several reef shark sightings). Relaxing massages, facials, pedicures. Breathtaking beaches. Wonderful food. I cannot wait to come back!!

Turks and Caicos

After leaving Jackson at 5 am, we arrived at the Regent Palm Turks and Caicos a little after lunch. We had a really easy travel day and were enjoying cocktails in the swim up bar by the afternoon. We had dinner tonight at Anacoana at the Grace Bay Club. It was perfect from the salad to the chocolate lava cake. Yum!!

Stroller Gang

We had a mommy/baby weekend in Oxford - which pretty much consisted of eating and chasing babies. Breck had so much fun flirting with Maggie, and he can not wait until he can run around like Crew, Barton and Anderson. I can't wait for our next weekend getaway, but next time I think the babies can spend a weekend with their daddy

Barton and Anderson enjoyed a little dancing and aspired to be bartenders. My sweet little boy had all he could take and had to catch a quick nap in Crew's stroller.

The stroller gang took a couple of loops around the square, then we strolled right into the Library (with the bouncer helping us lift all five strollers up the step). Luckily we were just about the only patrons and the boys could run around. We had so much fun, that Crew had his first of many (I am sure) accidents in a bar.

Life's Lessons

Every man needs to know how to choose a good steak. Lucky for Jr, Sr is already teaching him. I really hope he remembers this lesson.
